Determined to create a collection of premium vodkas with a unique depth of flavour, founders Peter Carlson and Fredrik Böhmer embarked on a lengthy project to develop what would become Cariel Vanilla Vodka and Cariel Batch Blended Vodka in the mid 2000s.

Through pursuit of the finest ingredients, from Swedish-grown grain to vanilla from around the world, to precision in distilling and a unique ‘batch blending’ process, Cariel Vodka one of Sweden’s most iconic premium spirits was born.
